Deputy Operations Manager-Mount Street Academy

Mount Street Academy are seeking to recruit an experienced Deputy Operations Manager to join their skilled team.

Location: Lincoln

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: 30 hours per week (the hours can be worked across 4 or 5 days, please note Friday must be a working day), 41 weeks per year (term time plus 3 weeks)

Pay range: G8 (pro-rata salary is £20,127)

Start date: 05 September 2022

We are an outstanding Primary school situated in Lincoln and we are deeply committed to high quality professional development for all our staff. We are looking to recruit a Deputy Operations Manager to:

  • Oversee the administration function in the Academy including HR, Academy office, ICT, Catering and support for curriculum areas, reprographics, records, and telephones to enable smooth running of the function.
  • Assist the Headteacher & Regional Operations Manager with strategic planning aspects including all financial implications and ensuring that the academy makes best use of resources available.
  • Assist the Headteacher & Regional Operations Manager in all matters within the management of the academy which are supportive to, but do not involve the teaching function e.g. risk management, health and safety.
