​Following a promotion of our existing Head of English, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an extraordinary Head of English who shares our vision and commitment to the young people of this community to join our team and lead the English Department in the next phase of its growth.

​We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and ambitious Head of English to lead an experienced team of staff who consistently achieve excellent outcomes for our young people. The role would suit a candidate who would like to join a growing community school in delivering exceptional learning to our students. 

​The successful candidate will have a strong track record in delivering strong outcomes and high-quality teaching across all key stages. You should be able to demonstrate your experience of raising standards through your teaching and the ability to motivate students as part of a team.​​
