We are seeking an exceptional leader to become the next Headteacher of The Deepings School in the heart of South Lincolnshire.

Salary: Group 7 (L34 – L40) depending on experience
The Deepings School is a mixed 11-18 comprehensive school at the heart of Deeping St James near Peterborough, a vibrant, growing community in South Lincolnshire. The school currently has almost 1,500 students on roll with a wide range of experience within the staff body supported by Anthem’s specialist practitioners.
We are looking to appoint a Headteacher with a proven track record at either Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher level. As a senior leader in our organisation, the post-holder would be expected to embrace Anthem’s values of integrity, collaboration and excellence and work closely with other schools across the Trust, whilst enjoying the autonomy to further develop the school’s distinctive ethos.
