HR Administrator (Lincs)

Are you an experienced HR Administrator seeking a new challenge in a generalist role supporting our Lincolnshire team?

Location: Lincolnshire region - Home based or based in the Lincolnshire office.  Some requirement to travel to local schools as directed by the line manager

Salary: £21,968-£22,369 RG3 points 5-7 (Reimbursement of expenses for travel to Anthem Schools as required)

Contract: Permanent, Full time

​An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Administrator to join the team.  The successful candidates will be covering the Lincolnshire area.  This is a hybrid role which can be based at one of our offices or schools or home based with some travel to schools.  

​The successful candidate will have held a similar position previously and will be familiar with HR and payroll processes.  This is a school-based role and will be to support the school team in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
