School Operations Manager, Abbey Woods Academy

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to be responsible for the efficient and robust delivery of operations and administrative functions at Abbey Woods Academy in South Oxfordshire.

Location: Abbey Woods Academy, Berinsfield
Contract type: Permanent (35 hours per week, 42 weeks per year)
Start date: ASAP

Salary range: Grade 8 - £25,420 - £28,227

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to provide operational support to the Senior Leadership Team of the school. The post-holder will be responsible for the efficient, robust delivery of operations and administrative functions across the school, including HR, finance and facilities, as well as line managing our operations staff.  

You will be based in your new office on site, however there is flexibility for a weekly working from home day.

This full-time post could suit someone with operational or business experience, or an experienced school operations manager. What matters is that you are enthusiastic and talented, with high personal expectations, and a strong commitment to your own development and growth.
