Salary range: Grade 9 SCP 23-26 £28,226-£30,984

Location: Oxford Spires Academy

Start date: 1st September 2022

We are seeking a calm, resilient, and consistent individual to join our community. Working across our academy to ensure that the behavioural policy is consistently applied in a calm and effective manner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Co-ordinating the running of the Student Support Centre and Reflection Room. The Behaviour Support Manager will be responsible for the line management and appraisal of the Reflection Room Lead.

• Providing a specialist response to behaviour management in the academy and support all staff as required with this.

Support staff at Oxford Spires Academy are full members of the school team and give highly effective support. The successful candidate will be a valued member of the teaching and support teams and will make a contribution to the wider ethos, values and culture of the school.
