Job details

We are seeking a punctual, approachable and empathetic administrator to join our reception team. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be flexible and enthusiastic and have the ability to prioritise workload through self motivation.

The role shall provide administrative support to our SEN and EAL teams, whilst being based on our main school reception. Working alongside our existing receptionist, the successful candidate will provide cover and support during busy periods and will act as the main school receptionist for agreed periods of time throughout the day.

The role is varied and will include liaising with staff and visitors in addition to supporting students who present with various needs throughout the school day. The successful candidate will provide First Aid support and coverage for our medical bay as and when required, although our School Matron will remain as the first point of contact for medical issues.

As a member of our support staff team, the successful candidate will provide administrative support to the wider school community, as directed by the department and faculty heads, whilst being supported and managed by our Principals PA.

The Hours of work will be: Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm Friday 8am-3.30pm Term time only
