Oxford Spires Academy are seeking an experienced Data and Cover Manager to join their team.

Job title: Data and Cover Manager

Hours per week: 37 hours per week Monday – Friday 7:15am to 3:15pm Term time only plus 15 days to be worked during academy holidays including 5 inset days and the exam results days in August.

Location: Oxford Spires Academy

Salary range: SCP 27-30 (£31,895-£34,373)

Start date: 1st September 2022

Are you an analytical person with an eye for detail? Do you want to work in a dynamic educational establishment, making a difference to children’s lives? This key role has a huge impact across our academy. You will be analysing and evaluating data, overseeing the academy census and leading our cover team. You will also be the lead for our Management Information System.

Support staff at Oxford Spires Academy are full members of the school team and give highly effective support. The successful candidate will be a valued member of the teaching and support teams and will make a contribution to the wider ethos, values and culture of the school.

Working Pattern

The post is full time, term time only plus 15 days to be worked in the academy holidays. These will include the 5 INSET days plus the exam results days in August.
