Salary range: Grade 7 SCP 13-17 (£23,023-£24,920)

The role of the Year Team Support Manager is a key pastoral role supporting the Head of Year to guide and manage a year group. The role is significant and varied and includes supporting behaviour, safeguarding, attendance issues and encouraging participation in House events. The YTSM works as part of the pastoral team working closely with tutors and external agencies.

This is an exciting and unique opportunity for the right person. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to work as a highly effective team member and have exceptional time management skills.

Support staff at Oxford Spires Academy are full members of the school team and give highly effective support. The successful candidate will be a valued member of the teaching and support teams and will make a contribution to the wider ethos, values and culture of the school.
