St Mark's are looking to appoint a hard-working, well organised and dedicated Science Technician to join their wonderful team and bring a fresh energy into facilitating the delivery of all practical aspects of the science curriculum.

Contract term: Permanent
Full time/Part time: Term Time (39 weeks per year)
Pay range: Scale 2, point 3 to 4 £21,783 - £22,177 (£18,630 - £18,967 pro rata)
Reporting to: Science Department

You will be working as part of an established team who are passionate about building a love for Science into the Secondary curriculum. The ideal candidate would:
Have good knowledge in all disciplines of science;
Have strong organisational skills and an ability to work on your own initiative;
Have experience in health and safety in a support role;
Be competent in using IT (including the Microsoft Suite)
Be willing to take on training to bridge any gaps in knowledge and always strive to improve
