Oxford Spires Academy is looking for talented leaders and teachers to join its dynamic team.

Oxford Spires Academy serves the East Oxford community and is a richly diverse and highly aspiring secondary school which offers an excellent, inspiring education to students aged 11 to 19. The school opened in January 2011 and was one of the first to join our Trust.

Over the past decade, Oxford Spires has been transformed and is now a popular, successful and continually improving school, which has been graded as good in two successive Ofsted inspections (2013 and 2017). A culture of high aspirations for all permeates every aspect of its diverse community.

The school is currently looking for a number of talented practitioners to join its staff, including an Assistant Principal.
