Anthem Schools Trust is seeking a Trust HR Manager to join a dynamic team.
Location: Flexible (requirement to travel to Anthem schools and Central Team Office based in Reading where appropriate)
Contract term: Permanent
Full time/term time: Full Time

Salary: NJC Scale Points 32-35 (£35,745-£38,890) FTE
Reporting to: Head of HR
Anthem Schools Trust is seeking a Trust HR Manager to join a dynamic team. Anthem is a multi-academy trust serving over 8,000 children and young people in 16 schools across the East Midlands, London and Thames Valley.
Working with and under the direction of the Head of HR, the successful candidate will provide a legally compliant HR advisory service to the Trust, providing advice, guidance and coaching to senior staff and stakeholders on all people and line management matters. They will work with the Head of HR and the Trust’s appointed transactional HR and payroll provider to support the delivery of the People Strategy and Anthem’s development as an employer of choice.
The post holder may be required to undertake travel to the academies and could be based from either the head office in Reading or a more convenient location, with travel to Reading for regular update meetings.
