An opportunity has arisen to join our  ambitious and dynamic Education Executive Team as an Education Director working across Anthem's secondary schools in London and the South East.

Location: Head Office in Reading and schools across South East England
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Full time
Start date: September 2020 (or earlier by negotiation)
Salary: Competitive, negotiable depending on experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Education Director to join our Education Executive Team. We are looking for an experienced, dynamic individual with a successful track record as a Headteacher or Principal who can take responsibility for a group of four secondary schools in London and the South East and contribute to the strategic development of the Trust. The team has ambitions to work cross-phase, so our ideal candidate is someone with secondary school expertise who is also interested in developing their understanding of primary education.

As an Anthem Education Director, you will work alongside schools’ leadership teams and local governing bodies, playing a pivotal role in raising standards yet further so that they all become great places to work, study and flourish. As part of the Trust’s Education Executive Team, you will help to shape policy, practice, strategic planning and future growth at an exciting time in Anthem’s development.
