Associate Education Director - Secondary

Anthem Schools Trust is seeking an Associate Education Director to join a dynamic team.

Salary: L23 — L28
Reporting to: Education Director

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Education Director — Secondary Phase to join our Anthem School Improvement Team and work alongside the Education Directors who are responsible for a group of five secondary schools in London, the South East and the East Midlands.

We are seeking an inspirational and experienced senior educational leader, with the skills and expertise to contribute to the work of the Anthem School Improvement Team and add significant value to our schools through implementing the Trust’s School Improvement Strategy.

As a successful and respectful professional with a strong track record in delivering strategic and operational excellence, you will have substantial experience of raising standards, either as a Headteacher/Principal or Deputy Headteacher/Senior Vice Principal and in a wider leadership role, most likely within a multi-academy trust structure.

The team has ambitions to work cross-phase, so our ideal candidate is someone with secondary school expertise who is also interested in developing their understanding of primary education.

Your leadership style, commitment and drive will inspire and motivate your team to deliver their goals and continuously raise standards, in pursuit of educational excellence across all our academies.
