We are looking to appoint a Headteacher for Queensbury Academy, with a proven track record at either Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher level. Queensbury Academy is part of Anthem Schools Trust, an education charity serving over 8,000 children and young people in 16 schools across the East Midlands, London and the Thames Valley.
Queensbury Academy is the school of choice in Dunstable as it has been oversubscribed for the past four years. In November 2022 the school received a Section 5 Ofsted Inspection 50206028 (ofsted.gov.uk) which validated many of the very positive traits about the provision in the Academy. The inspection team commented on There is a real family spirit at Queensbury reflected in the schools values, CARE- Cooperation, Aspiration, Respect and Endeavour and the Queensbury Code of Conduct which focuses on Kindness, Presentation, First Time Every Time and Punctuality.
